Pub Bible Study

5280 Burger & Taphouse
Wednesdays, at 7:30 p.m.
June 3, 10, 17 & 24

What was it like to be a brand new Christian in 50 A.D.? And how ‘bout life in an urban church like Covenant, but before there were even buildings to worship in? These question are fun to ask, because they help us figure out how to be Christians in 2026 A.D. in Austin, TX. We love our summer Pub Bible Study with Dr. Allen Hilton at 5280 Burgers and Taphouse. This June 3, 10, 17, and 21 at 7:30 PM, Allen will open Paul’s first Letter to the Christians in Thessaloniki, which offers us access to our earliest Greek brothers and sisters in Christ.

Perfect for those looking to explore scripture in a relaxed, friendly setting while enjoying great food and drinks, this study is free and open to the public. We encourage attendees to invite friends and support the venue by ordering food and drinks and tipping their server well. No registration required.
