Kids
Summer Open Nursery
Wednesdays, 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
June 4 – August 6 (Does not meet 7/2)
Need some time to run errands or simply relax without your littlest ones? Our Open Nursery for ages 3 months to 4 years is available every week in June and July on Covenant’s campus. Follow our social media pages, as registrations go “live” each Sunday on both Instagram and Facebook for the following week. Each child must be registered.
Kids Open Gym
Thursdays, June 5, 12, 19, and 26, 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
Thursdays, July 10, 17, 24, 31 and August 7, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
We’re excited to bring back Open Gym to Covenant summers! Bring your scooters, bikes, ride-on toys and friends, and enjoy at least a couple of hours of AC playtime in our FEB 4th floor gym! No registration required.
Kids Summer Kick Off Skate Party
Saturday, June 7, 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.
Let’s kick off the summer by roller skating IN THE AC at Pins and Wheels at Playland Skate! Come meet us and show us your skills on Saturday, June 7th from 9:30-11:30 a.m. The parents can hang out while the kids skate, or can feel free to skate with them. It will be a great time of fellowship before everyone goes in different directions for the summer! No registration is required.

Parents, enjoy a date night while we entertain your kids on campus with crafts, playtime, dinner, and a movie! We’ll send them home tired and ready for bed.

Westover Hills Club
Saturday, July 12, 9:30 – 11:30 a.m
Cool off at our 3rd annual kids pool party at Westover Hills Club! We’ll swim, have breakfast tacos and donuts and just enjoy time together, while keeping cool in the water. We hope this will give you a fun outing but also get you home in time for naps and rest time in the afternoon! No registration is required.
Kids Alamo Movie Night
Wednesday, August 6, at 6:00 p.m.
Join us for our Annual Kids’ Alamo Movie Night at Alamo Drafthouse Village! We will come together to watch a fun movie before school starts. Covenant will cover the movie, but food and drink are purchased separately.
Youth
Youth Summer Kick-Off at Kalahari
Sunday, June 1, 1:00 – 7:00 p.m.
Kick off summer with a splash! All completed 6th–12th graders are invited to an epic afternoon at Kalahari Water Park. From wild slides to the lazy river, it’s six hours of nonstop water fun with friends and awesome leaders. Dinner is provided. Drop off and pick up at Kalahari. Guests are welcome—just be sure to register!
Middle School Pool Parties
Wednesdays, June 4 & July 9, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Join us for two Middle School Pool Parties on June 4 and July 9 as we kick off summer and welcome our new 6th graders to Covenant Youth! These evenings are a great way for students to relax, connect, and have fun together. Drop-off is at 6:00 p.m. and pick-up is at 8:00 p.m. (location coming soon). We’ll provide dinner and snacks—just bring a towel and invite a friend!
High School Dinners
Wednesdays, June 11 & 25; July 2 & 16, 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.
Join the Covenant Youth Ministry team for dinner on us! We will gather for dinner at some of our favorite Austin restaurants for free food and fun. Bring friends and come hungry! Open to all incoming 9th – 12th graders.
Middle School Camp Austin
Monday, June 16 – Friday, June 20
Incoming 6th, 7th and 8th graders are invited to explore Austin’s gems with Covenant Youth Ministries! We’ll visit water parks, ropes courses, movie nights, and service projects. Registration is $200 for the week. Spaces are limited!

High School Service Retreat
Sunday, July 20 – Friday, July 25
Incoming 9th graders to outgoing 12th graders are invited to join us for a week of service and summer fun in Corpus Christi! We’ll stay at Parkway Presbyterian Church, serving their campus and partnering with the Corpus Christi Food Bank. The trip includes beach time, a Hooks baseball game, a pool party, and a visit to the Texas State Aquarium. Open to High School youth & friends—don’t miss this meaningful and memorable week!
Covenant Youth Summer Games
Wednesday July 30 & August 6, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Get ready for two nights of epic fun, friendly competition, and messy games! All incoming 6th–12th graders are invited to join us for dinner, team challenges, and a chance to take home the Covenant Summer Games crown. We’ll kick things off on July 30 in FEB 4th Floor with dinner, an opening ceremony, and team assignments—bandanas provided! The games continue on August 6 at Northwest Rec Center Park for our messy game night finale.
Wear clothes you can move in (and don’t mind getting messy!) plus closed-toe shoes. Friends are welcome—just include their name when registering so we can keep you on the same team!

We love our summer Pub Bible Study at 5280 Burgers and Taphouse. The Book of Revelation is scary to some, life blood to others, but puzzling to most. This June, Dr. Allen Hilton will help us to “hear what the Spirit is saying to the church” through this sometimes intimidating book of the Bible. This study is perfect for those looking to explore the scriptures in a relaxed, friendly setting while enjoying great food and drinks. Free and open to the public, we encourage attendees to support the venue by ordering delicious food and drinks and tipping their server well. Don’t miss this unique blend of fellowship, faith, and fun! No registration required, see you there!
20-Minute Choir
Sundays, at 9:00 a.m.

Sing in the choir without a weekly commitment! The 20-Minute Choir meets in the Sanctuary choir room at 9:00 a.m. to prepare for the 9:30 service. Open to high schoolers and adults. No registration required.
Pie Making Class
Sunday, June 8, at 2:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Covenant’s ministry of encouragement is offering a pie-making class on Sunday, June 8, from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. in FE303, taught by Stuart and Cindy Young. Participants will learn how to make a pie and the joy of giving it away. All supplies will be provided. There are limited spots. You can come on your own or two people can work together at a station if you want to sign up as a couple, two friends, or parent/child.
