Kids Very Merry Advent Dinner

Join us for the 3rd Annual Kids Advent Dinner on Sunday, December 8, from 5:00–6:30 p.m.! The evening begins with Christmas carols in the Sanctuary, followed by a family dinner in FE200. Enjoy a Hot Chocolate Bar, crafts, and fun activities for kids while parents connect in fellowship. This family-friendly tradition also features Christmas Giving Tree opportunities to support Covenant’s Mission partners. Registration is required for all attendees, including children, as nursery care will not be available. Don’t miss this special event as we prepare our hearts to celebrate the birth of Christ!

Youth Thanksmas Celebration

Join us for the final Wednesday Night Youth Group of the year, featuring our annual Thanksmas Party! Middle schoolers will meet from 5:30–7 p.m. and high schoolers from 7–8:30 p.m., both on the 4th floor. The evening includes a White Elephant Gift Exchange—students should bring a wrapped gift valued at $10 or less if they’d like to participate. Dinner will be available for $5 and includes Chick-fil-A, chips, and drinks, with plenty of holiday treats to enjoy. The evening will also feature games, worship, and a meaningful Christmas devotional to close out the semester. We look forward to celebrating the season together!

Children’s Choir Christmas Musical

The Covenant children’s choirs have been working hard to bring you a spectacular Christmas musical! Join us on Wednesday, December 11, at 6:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary for The Tale of the Drowsy Shepherd. This uplifting performance tells the story of a sleepy shepherd who discovers the true meaning of Christmas. We’d love to see you there!

Advent Silent Retreat

All are invited to Covenant’s Advent Silent Retreat, an extended time to be alone with the Lord to listen, rest, and be transformed by God’s Spirit. Prayer guides will be available.

Parking
We anticipate parking availability to be limited. Please make a plan to arrive early and utilize our Shuttle service located at Texan Eye (5717 Balcones Dr.) when possible. 

Nursery Care
Nursery care for children ages 4 and under will be available at the 2:00 & 5:00 p.m. services.

Online Services

Donate a poinsettia to decorate the Sanctuary or FE 200 in honor of or in memory of loved ones. Each poinsettia is $15, and may be ordered two ways:

Through Realm at covenant.org/give. Choose the fund marked “Poinsettias” and add “in Honor” or “in Memory” and names of those being honored in the memo line.

By filling out and submitting the Poinsettia Donation Forms found throughout Covenant’s campus, with your check to Covenant Hall/Accounting Department. 

Please place your order by December 11 to ensure acknowledgment in the bulletin.

Christmas Giving Tree

The Christmas Giving Tree is an opportunity to give back this Advent season by donating gift cards and supplies to mission partners in need. We’ll have Christmas trees on campus with labeled ornaments explaining how to support our donation recipients.

The Christmas Giving Trees will be out in Covenant Hall & the Lobby of FEB every Sunday morning from December 1 – December 22.
