Staff

Mark Toussaint, Executive Chef/Food and Beverage Coordinator, has been at Covenant since 2000. He’s clearly in the right job because when he’s not at work, his favorite thing to do is to either cook or barbecue! Wings are his favorite food. He’s fond of all flavors but particularly hot wings because his son likes to share in his pain/enjoyment!
