MoMs Group – Swap Meet

October 10 @ 9:30 am - 11:30 am

MoM’s Group Swap Meet: October 10, 2022

Covenant Presbyterian Church, Location FE 107

9:30-11:30 a.m.

Who can swap?

MoM’s Group members, childcare givers, and guests

Why should I swap?

This is a great motivation to get rid of all the kid stuff and clothes you don’t

use anymore and pick up ones you can use – simplify your life!

What do I swap?

Kid-related items such as:

• children’s and parenting books

• maternity clothes and supplies (nursing pillows, pumps, etc.)

• clothes (+Halloween costumes!) & shoes

• toys

• baby-proofing items and other small household items

How do I swap?

• Bring only items in good condition—nothing broken, stained, etc.

• Bring a box or shopping bag to take away your goodies with you.

• Everything is given free and you may give more or take more; it’s all meant

for you to take if you can use it.

• Please only take what you can use for you and your children. If things are left

at the end, you may take items to give free of charge to nieces, nephews or

other children you know. Whatever is left over will be donated to charity.

When do I need to arrive?

Arrive at 9:30 a.m. to put out your items and help organize others’ items before

the swap begins.

Once everything is laid out, we will “shop” for ourselves. Then we will have a

second round where you may “shop” for friends and family. And finally, we will

invite the Covenant caregivers to “shop” for themselves before we bag up

everything leftover for donation.

If you have donations but can’t make it, please reach out to Emily and you can

drop off items at her home near Covenant.
